I can’t tell you how many years we have been going to Freddy’s. It has always been our go to place for a meal that is good and reliable service. The staff is great and we always get a good meal. I think we have tried everything on the menu. Some we like some not as much but that is normal. It’s just nice to have a place to go where you can count on being good.

My wife and I have eaten many things over 28 years, but my favorite is their Sunday special – Chicken Fried Chicken, homemade mashed potatoes, green beans and salad.

Wandered in to grab a bite New Year’s Day. Sat at the counter where Rivers introduced himself as my bartender/sever. He is a very pleasant, easy going conversationalist. He recommended the 12oz hamburger steak. Let me just say he couldn’t have made a better choice. Excellent, excellent, excellent! First full meal I’ve finished in over 4 months. Rivers recounted the various daily specials for me as I inhaled my lunch.

I would rate my total experience a solid 12 out of 10 and encourage anyone who has yet to experience this jewel to put it first on your list of eateries to experience. Trust me, you WILL NOT REGRET IT! I’ll be back this Wednesday night for the 8oz filet special.
